The holidays are coming fast! To ensure your custom orders are ready before we close for Christmas, please have all orders placed by Monday, November 24th.

Orders will be shipped directly to you (unless specified within the product).

 Please give us 2 to 3 weeks to get your order to you if you order printed items.  (EMBROIDERED ITEMS WILL TAKE ANOTHER WEEK OR SO)  And if you need your order by a certain date, please let us know!

PLEASE NOTE:  ALL items offered in this webstore are custom-made. Therefore, items MAY NOT BE returned.  If you have any questions about product, sizing, etc., we would rather have you call us at (434) 293-4558 or email us at [email protected] and ask questions, rather than getting a wrong size.  (Again, items may not be returned.)

If you miss the fitting at tjhe Club on March 16, we will do fittings at our house, 1865 Graham Court, April 19 - 25, from 4:00 to 9:00.  (Or you can call 434-9965773/email [email protected] to set up a different time before April 25. )

SUITS should be ordered no later than the night of  APRIL 25 to be shipped by the June 11 meet.

(If you miss this date, please order as soon as you can.  If we need to place a 2nd order for suits this year, we can, but know that your team suits will not arrive for the first meet!)

Personalized Swim Caps:  FIRST ORDER WILL BE PLACED APRIL 25.   ANOTHER ORDER MAY BE PLACED MAY 28 .

Team/spirit apparel orders placed by APRIL 25 should be available in time for the June 11 Meet.  (But you can order team/spirit apparel at any time.  And we will get it to you as soon as we can!)

Free Shipping is available for orders placed during the swim season.   If you select Free Shipping, your order will be delivered through the Swim Team.
