- No charge cancellation for up to 48 hours after placement of order. 50% charge if cancelled before items enter decoration. 100% charge if cancelled once decoration begins.

Shipping & Deliveries
- Please allow a 3 week turnaround for printed items and a 4 week turnaround for embroidered items. If you have ordered both printed and embroidered items, please allow a 4 week turnaround.
