The team is purchasing a Silicone Cap for every swimmer.

If you would like to have your swimmer's name added to your cap, please indicate the name you'd like to use.  

We suggest LAST NAME or FIRST INITIAL LAST NAME.  (However, it's totally up to you!  We have parents using first names only, too!)
